Daycare Policies
  • All daycare are guests must pass a temperament test in order to come to daycare.
  • All daycare guests must be current on their Rabies, Bordetella, Fecal Test and (adult) Distemper-Parvo vaccines. A vet prepared proof of vaccines must be provided.
  • All dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed or neutered to join group play
  • All dogs must be on Heartworm & Flea prevention programs.
  • Reservations are strongly suggested.
  • No multi-day pass refunds after 30 days from date of purchase
  • For multi-day pass refunds within 30 days, days used will be charged at full day rate.
  • Daycare packages expire six months from purchase date, any days not used will be forfeited.
  • Daycare pick-up/drop-off is closed on weekdays from noon to 2 pm because of naptime.
  • Additional pet discounts must be from the same family.
Boarding Policies
  • All boarding guests must be current on their Rabies, Bordetella, Fecal Test and (adult) Distemper-Parvo vaccines. A vet prepared proof of vaccines must be provided.
  • All dogs must be on Heartworm & Flea prevention programs.
  • All boarding guests must pass a temperament test (which can be done when they check in for boarding) in order to go to daycare. Otherwise they can opt for the 4 private activity plan.
  • A credit card must be on file which will be automatically charged upon checkout.
  • A deposit is required for holiday stays. Deposits are only refundable if stay is canceled a minimum of 72 hours in advance. 
  • Reservations are strongly suggested.
  • A two night minimum stay is required at holidays.
  • All boarding charges are for a 24 hour period. Beyond 24 hours will be subject to a day care daily charge or half day.
  • Additional pet discounts must be from the same family.
